Dosage & Administration

One tablet daily or as recommended by the physician.

 Contraindications

Altrum Gold® is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Side Effects

Get emergency medical help if anyone has any of these signs of an allergic reaction:

• hives;

• difficulty

• breathing;

• swelling of your face,

• lips, tongue, or throat.

When taken as directed, multivitamins and minerals are not expected to cause serious side effects. Less serious side effects may include:

• Upset stomach

• Headache or

• Unusual or unpleasant taste inside the mouth

Pregnancy & Lactation

Altrum Gold® is recommended in pregnancy and lactation.

Precautions & Warnings

Folic acid in doses above 0.1 mg daily may obscure pernicious anemia in that hematological remission can occur while neurological manifestations remain progressive.

Store in a cool and dry place. Protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
